The RNC are searching for missing person, Michael Parsons.

The 46-year-old was last seen in the area of Bowring Park at around 7:15 p.m. on Monday, Dec 11.

Parsons is described to be about five feet and seven inches tall, with a medium build. When he was last seen, Parsons was wearing a dark navy sweater, grey jogging pants and a bright blue winter cap. He was carrying a beige jacket.

The RNC have concerns for Parsons’ safety and wellbeing, and request that anyone who has information pertaining to his whereabouts contact the RNC at 729-8000.
