The RNC is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing person, 52-year-old Michael Butler, of St. John’s. He was last seen on Sept. 10, in the center-city area of St. John’s.

Butler is described to be about 5’10 tall, slim build, with grey hair and green eyes. He may be operating a 2018 grey Honda CR-V, license plate JSL 723.
