The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Albert “Shawn” Ralph of St. John’s.

Ralph was last seen in the Kilbride area and is believed to be operating a 2024 black Ford F-250 bearing Newfoundland and Labrador plate CL3 998. Police say Ralph usually has his small black dog with him.

Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
