The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that could assist in locating 38 year-old Dallas Francis SUGAR. SUGAR was last seen on Friday, April 21, 2023 in the 1400 block of 14th Avenue.
SUGAR is described as male, 5’8” and approximately 185 pounds with a medium build. He has straight, black, long hair and brown eyes.
There is no evidence that Dallas SUGAR has come to harm, but police would like to locate him to ensure he is safe.
