The 50 year old man who was reported missing on October 13, 2023, has sadly been located deceased. Police do not believe that criminality was involved in the man’s sudden death.
The North Vancouver RCMP offers its condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. We also recognize and thank all of the community members and partner agencies who devoted their time and energy to the search.
BC Coroners Service now has conduct of the investigation.

While there is no foul play suspected, this is out of character for him. Police consider David Andrew MCLEAN to be at risk and are concerned for his wellbeing.
