The New Westminster Police Department is seeking public assistance in the search for missing person Oscar Reyes Lavacude. Mr. Reyes Lavacude was last in contact with his family on December 9th.
Mr. Reyes Lavacude is described as a 28 year-old Hispanic male, standing 6’1” tall, with a slim build, black hair, and brown eyes. Mr. Reyes Lavacude may have a beard and has scars on his hands. Mr. Reyes Lavacude has been known to use ride shares, specifically Uber. At this time, investigators believe Mr. Reyes Lavacude could be anywhere in the province of British Columbia. It is likely that Mr. Reyes Lavacude is traveling with a blue carry on size suitcase.
“We are asking the public to help us locate Mr. Reyes Lavacude,” stated Sergeant Andrew Leaver. “Mr. Reyes Lavacude’s family is growing concerned for his well-being and they are desperately wanting to hear from him.”
