The Nanaimo RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 54-year-old Kenneth Abramsen, who has not been seen or heard from since October 25, 2022. Abramsen’s family reported him missing to the Nanaimo RCMP on December 1, 2022. Investigators were told ,that for Abramsen to have no contact with his family for such an extended period of time is out of character for him. For this reason and given that he does not have a phone and is believed to be living out of a tent, there is concern for his safety and well-being.
Abramsen is Caucasian man, 6 ft. 3, 210 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. The picture provided is recent. If anyone has information on the whereabouts of Kenneth Abramsen, please call the Nanaimo RCMP non-emergency line at 250-754-2345, and quote file # 2022-42169.
