🚨 Missing Man in Moncton, New Brunswick – Joseph Valmond Leblanc, 60 – Last Seen October 13, 2025
The Codiac Regional RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Joseph Valmond Leblanc, a 60-year-old man from Moncton, New Brunswick. He was last seen on October 13, 2025, near West Lane in Moncton and was reported missing three days later, on October 16.
Police have been actively investigating and following several leads, but so far, have not been able to locate him. Family members and investigators are increasingly concerned for his wellbeing and are appealing to the public for any information that could help bring him home safely.
Members of the RCMP continue to conduct searches and urge anyone who may have seen Joseph or has information on his recent whereabouts to contact police immediately.
