Police are concerned for the well being of missing person Terry Ramsay who is 64 years old. Mr. Ramsay has blue eyes, a thin build, thinning gray hair and a goatee. He drives a black 2018 Cadillac XT5 NB plate JOW 843 and was last seen on October 26, 2022 at 1740 hrs.
