The 52-year-old man from the community of Elsipogtog First Nation, N.B., who was reported missing to police on February 21, 2025, has been located deceased.

The Elsipogtog RCMP is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 52-year-old man from the community of Elsipogtog First Nation, N.B.
Patrick Stephen Francis was last seen on February 13, 2025, at approximately 6 p.m., on Levi Street in Elsipogtog, N.B. He was reported missing to police on February 21. Police have followed up on several leads to try and locate him, but have so far been unsuccessful. Police and his family are concerned for his wellbeing.
Patrick Stephen Francis is described as being approximately six feet one inch (185 centimeters) tall, and weighing approximately 209 pounds (95 kilograms). He has brown eyes, brown hair, a goatee, and sometimes wears glasses. He has teardrop tattoos under his right eye, along with several other tattoos, including some on his neck. He was last seen wearing a dark-coloured sweatshirt and dark jeans.
