Stephen is described as 5-foot-11, approximately 172 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes, and a full grey beard. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, grey cardigan, blue pants, and black boots. He has mobility issues and uses leg braces to get around.
Police and family are concerned for his well-being and are asking for public assistance to help locate him.
