The New Westminster Police Department is seeking public assistance in the search for missing person Gerry. Gerry was last seen on January 30th and there is an urgent need to locate him and confirm is well-being.
Gerry was last seen on in New Westminster on January 30th as he was loading belongings into his vehicle. Gerry is described as an Asian man, standing 5’6” tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Gerry may have traveled outside the Metro Vancouver region to Merritt, British Columbia. Gerry drives a 2004 silver Nissan Frontier with a silver canopy, license plate JV 7164. Gerry has been known to drive to remote locations for fishing and camping, so police are wanting those spending time on logging roads or in parks around the Merritt area to take note of his vehicle description.
“We are asking the public to help us locate Gerry,” stated Sergeant Andrew Leaver. “Gerry’s family is very concerned about his well-being. He may be in crisis and it’s important he’s located as soon as possible.”
