The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Raymond Ulyses, 77, was last seen on Monday, February 21, 2022 at 10 p.m., in the Kingston Road and Bellamy Road South area.
He is described as 5’7″, 150 lbs., with a slim build, short black hair, and brown eyes.
No clothing description available.
Police are concerned for his safety.
