🚨 Missing Boy in Victoria, British Columbia – Benton – Last Seen January 13 2026
Investigators with the Victoria Police Department (VicPD) General Investigation Section are asking for the public’s help to locate missing youth Benton.
Benton was originally reported missing from another Vancouver Island community and has since been spotted several times in the Victoria area. On January 21, VicPD was notified by a partner police agency that Benton had been seen multiple times in Victoria since January 13, including a confirmed sighting near the intersection of Shelbourne Street and Hillside Avenue. The investigation was then transferred to VicPD and a missing person file was opened.
Police believe Benton may currently be in the company of two other young people who are also the subjects of active missing person investigations from another jurisdiction. Family members have reported seeing Benton in Victoria, however Benton has been actively avoiding contact to prevent being returned home. Police and family are concerned for his wellbeing.
