The Sûreté du Québec is asking for the public’s help in locating Victor Kwizera, 15, who was last seen in the morning of September 24, 2025, on Boulevard Lemire in Drummondville.

Police and his family are deeply concerned for his safety and well-being.

• Age: 15
• Height: 1.73 m (5 ft 8 in)
• Weight: 64 kg (140 lbs)
• Hair: Brown
• Eyes: Brown
• Distinctive Markings: Tattoo on the neck with the inscription “Lili”
• Possible Clothing: White long-sleeved shirt, black pants, white shoes
