The Kenora OPP are investigating the death of an 8 year old boy at Rushing River Provincial Park.
Police responded to missing persons report and called in the Emergency Respnse Team and a K-9 unit. members of the Marine and trails unit as well as park staff.
Police discovered the body, but the youth had already passed away.
A post more exam is being conducted to determine the cause of death.
The name of the boy has not been released.
