Salt Spring Island RCMP are asking the public to be aware of 39-year-old Jimmy Pieschke, who is currently subject of a warrant related to several child p***graphy offences in Quebec.
Pieschke pleaded guilty to the charges but failed to appear to a recent court date.
Pieschke was last seen on Salt Spring Island the evening of Feb. 10.
Pieschke is also known to use the alias James or Jimmy Leduc.
He is described as Caucasian, five-foot-11 and 166 lbs with hazel or greenish eyes and brown hair.
Anyone who sees Pieschke should not approach him and should call 911 immediately.
