🚨 Grandmother of Missing Nova Scotia Siblings Calls for More Transparency in RCMP Investigation
The grandmother of two missing Nova Scotia children says she’s frustrated by how little information the RCMP has shared publicly about the case involving her grandchildren, six-year-old Lilly and four-year-old Jack Sullivan.
The children were reported missing on May 2, 2025, from their home in Lansdowne Station, Nova Scotia. Their paternal grandmother, Belynda Gray, is now calling for greater transparency from investigators.
Gray says she believes the RCMP should share more details with the public to help generate new leads and useful tips. She also expressed disappointment after reviewing redacted case documents released earlier this year by police and the Crown. The heavily redacted files, made public in August, included applications for search warrants covering phone and banking records, as well as video evidence.
This week, the RCMP agreed to lift some of those redactions, revealing that investigators had obtained surveillance footage from the children’s school bus and that the bus driver personally joined the search efforts.
While police say they are withholding information to protect the integrity of the investigation, Gray feels they may be “overly cautious” and that more openness could help bring answers. “I just want them to find Lilly and Jack,” she said.
📞 How to Help
Anyone with information on the disappearance of Lilly and Jack Sullivan is urged to contact RCMP or local authorities immediately.
