🚨 Body of Missing Man Robert Farr, 46, Found in Sutton, Quebec – Two Suspects Charged
On November 28, 2025, investigators from the Sûreté du Québec Major Crimes Division, assisted by canine units and the Emergency Measures Unit, discovered the body of Robert Farr, who had been missing from Sutton since October 31, 2025. Formal identification of Mr. Farr was established in the days following the discovery.
Robert Farr, 46, of Cowansville, had been reported missing since October 31, 2025. Investigative elements led police to believe he may have been the victim of a violent crime.
On November 11, 2025, James Godue, 38, was arrested for murder and Kamille Saindon, 32, for accessory after the fact. Both appeared in court the same day and remain in custody.
On December 3, 2025, while still detained, James Godue was rearrested and charged with first-degree murder and indignity to a corpse following the formal identification of Robert Farr’s remains.
