The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that could assist in locating 23 year-old Hope MCARTHUR. MCARTHUR was last seen on January 5, 2024 at approximately 2:00 a.m. in the 3000 block of Green Bank Road.
MCARTHUR is described as: 5’7”, 160 pounds with a medium build. MCARTHUR has brown hair and brown eyes. She has the word “Kendra” tattooed on her right forearm and a tattoo on the right side of her neck. MCARTHUR was last seen wearing a blue and grey wool parka, turquoise scarf and runners.
There is no evidence to believe MCARTHUR has come to harm, however, she is considered at risk due to health concerns and police would like to locate her to ensure her safety.
