Richmond RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Julia Kaye-Turner, who was last seen on July 8, 2026 at approximately 5:00 p.m. Police are concerned for her well-being.

🚨 Description

• Gender: Female
• Ethnicity: Caucasian
• Height: 5’8″ (173 cm)
• Build: Medium
• Weight: Approximately 130 lbs (59 kg)
• Hair: Dyed blonde with an orange streak in the front
• Eyes: Brown
• Identifying Features: Freckles on nose; tattoo on collarbone reading “Angel Images”; flower tattoo on right shoulder blade
• Last Seen Wearing: Unknown top, short jean shorts and black runners
• Last Seen: July 8, 2026 at approximately 5:00 p.m.
