The Prince District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Kai Payne, who was last seen July 22, 2026 in Kinkora, Prince Edward Island.

🚨 Description

• Age: 14 (Male)
• Height: 5’9″ (175 cm)
• Weight: 120 lbs (54 kg)
• Hair: Brownish/blonde
• Eyes: Blue
• Other: Several tattoos on hands and fingers
• Last Seen Wearing: Black hoodie with small Playboy logos, black pants, red/black/white Nike sneakers
• Last Seen: July 22, 2026 in Kinkora, Prince Edward Island
