🚨 COLD CASE: MISSING MAN IN RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA – RYAN RUINING LIU, 22 (LAST SEEN JULY 9, 2023)
Richmond RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Ryan Ruining Liu. He left his home in the 8400 block of Dayton Court at approximately 8 p.m. on July 9, 2023 and was last seen boarding a transit bus. He was also captured on video in West Vancouver that night. Ryan has not been seen or heard from since.

- Age at Disappearance: 22 (Male)
- Height: 5’11” (180 cm)
- Weight: 180 lbs (82 kg)
- Build: Slim
- Hair: Short black, balding
- Eyes: Brown
- Other: Black mustache and facial hair, hand tattoos, calf tattoo (per some reports)
- Last Seen Wearing: White t-shirt with colourful pattern, light green shorts, black runners, white socks, sunglasses, yellow bucket hat, carrying brown and white backpack
- Last Seen: July 9, 2023 – left home in Richmond, boarded transit bus, seen in West Vancouver
