🚨 MISSING MAN IN NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – MOISE TEICHMAN, 74 – LAST SEEN APRIL 19, 2026

North Vancouver RCMP are seeking public assistance to locate 74-year-old Moise Teichman.

He was last seen on April 19, 2026, at approximately 2:30 p.m. at his residence on the 1300 block of Oakwood Crescent in North Vancouver.

• Age: 74
• Gender: Male
• Ethnicity: Caucasian
• Height: 5’11” (180 cm)
• Build: Medium
• Hair: Balding with grey hair and a full moustache
• Last Seen Wearing: Grey ball cap, grey shoes, navy raincoat, grey pants with distinctive green and pink patches on the back
• Last Seen: April 19, 2026 at approximately 2:30 p.m. at his residence on the 1300 block of Oakwood Crescent, North Vancouver
