UPDATE FROM BARRIE POLICE:
At approximately 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 28, the Barrie Police Service located a fatal single motor vehicle collision in the area of McKay Road and County Road 27
The occupants are believed to be the six missing persons from earlier this evening. The Barrie Police Traffic Unit is currently on scene investigating along with officers from the Investigative Services division.
Additional details will be released only as the investigation permits. Anyone who has any information related to this occurrence is asked to contact Barrie Police.
The Barrie Police Service offers sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of those involved.

Curtis King – 22, River Wells – 23, Jason O’Connor – 22 & Luke West – 22. Two females Jersey Mitchell and Haley Marin are also missing and believed to be with the 4 males.
They were last seen early morning August 27th on Broadmoor Avenue, and allegedly travelling to Chieftain Crescent or possibly Georgian Downs. The girls would be driving a white Hyundai Volster plate # CSCV656.
