The Amber Alert issued on August 7 at the request of Regina Police Service has been cancelled.

The subjects of the alert were located safe in the city of Regina.

The child was found at approximately 6:00 p.m. The female subject was taken into custody without incident at approximately 6:00 p.m.

The Regina Police Service wish to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this matter.
