The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing youth.
Rachel, 14 , was last seen on Monday, November 25, 2024, at approximately 2:30 p.m., in the Yonge Street and Empress Avenue area.
Rachel is described as 5’6″, 120 lbs., long black hair in braids. They were wearing a black winter coat, black tights, and pink and white Nike shoes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
