The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing youth.
Rachel, 14, was last seen on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 4 p.m., in the Yonge Street and Empress Avenue area.
Rachel is described as 5’5″, 125lbs, with dark brown, shoulder-length curly hair that is worn in a bun.
They were last seen wearing a black puffer jacket, a blue cropped sweater, and white sneakers.
Police are concerned for their safety.
