The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing youth.
Emmanuel, 15, was last seen on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 12:40 a.m., in the Kingston Road and McCowan Road area.
Emmanuel is described as 5’8″ with a thin build. Emmanuel was last seen wearing a black jacket, dark pants and white shoes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
