The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing youth.
Emmanuel, 15, was last seen on Monday, November 27, 2023, at 6 p.m., in the Kingston Road and McCowan Road area.
Emmanuel is described as 5’8″, 140lbs, thin build, short black/blonde hair, and has a tattoo on the right arm.
Emmanuel was last seen wearing blue,white, and grey pajama pants, a grey hoodie, white socks, black and white slippers.
Police are concerned for their safety.
