The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing youth.
Ciara, 12, was last seen on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at approximately 3:30 p.m., in the Finch Avenue West and Kipling Avenue area.
Ciara is described as 5’0 with a medium build and bright red hair with a black streak, worn in a ponytail. Ciara was last seen wearing a red zip up hoodie, black leggings, and black crocks.
Police are concerned for their safety.
