The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing youth.
Carlos, 16, was last seen on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 5 p.m., in the Lawrence Avenue East and Morningside Avenue area.
Carlos is described as 6’0″, approximately 181 lbs., with a medium build, brown eyes, and short black curly hair. Carlos was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater, black sweatpants, and black and white shoes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
