The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing youth.
Andrew, 13, was last seen on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 4 p.m., in the College Street and Margueretta Street area.
Andrew is described as 5’7″, with short black hair. Andrew was last seen wearing a black hoody, black sweatpants, black sleeveless vest, black shoes, and a black and grey crossbody bag.
Police are concerned for their safety.
