The Kingston Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing person 15-year-old Sheldon Higginson.
Higginson was last seen on March 11, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. in the area of Portsmouth Avenue and Elmwood Street.
Higginson is described as 5’6, 110lbs, with a fair-freckled complexion and brown curly hair with blue – green eyes. It is unknown what Higginson was last wearing however he is known to wear a hoodie with sweatpants and may be wearing a black/grey winter jacket.
Anyone with information regarding Higginson’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Kingston Police at 613-549-4660 ext. “0”.
