The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.
Jessi-Lee Kelly, 31, was last seen on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, in the Queen Street East and Church Street area.
She is described as 5’8″, 135 lbs., with blue eyes and long straight brown hair. She has a tattoo of a star on the back of her neck and a fairy on her right calf. Her tongue and ears are pierced.
Her photo has been released.
Police are concerned for her safety.
