Thunder Bay Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 41-year-old Dodie Harper. Dodie was last heard from at 4:00 PM on March 29th 2019.
Dodie Harper is described as:
• Indigenous female
• 5’2″ tall
• 154 lbs
• Medium build
• Straight black hair
