Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking public assistance in locating a missing 62-year-old vulnerable man from Mississauga.
Manuel was last seen on Feb. 5, 2025, at approximately 6 p.m., in the area of Lisgar Drive and Derry Road in Mississauga. Manuel is believed to be traveling on foot.
Manuel is described as male, white, 5’7” average build, brown eyes, and short grey hair. He was last seen wearing dark toque, blue or black pants, yellow winter jacket, grey or black dark sleeve, possibly wearing a beige satchel, and beige boots.
Police and family are concerned for his well-being.
