Investigators with the York Regional Police #5 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 80-year-old man from the City of Markham.
Qi Mian HE was last seen on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at approximately 10:30 a.m. near his residence in the area of Middlefield Road and Highglen Avenue. Qi Mian left to go for a walk and did not return home.
Qi Mian is known to travel on foot and speaks Mandarin. He is also familiar with public transit and has ties to the Warden Avenue and Steeles Avenue East area in the City of Toronto.
Police and his family are concerned for Qi Mian’s well-being.
