The Taber Police Service (TPS) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 80-year-old Normand (Norm) Cyr, who has been reported missing.
Mr. Cyr was last seen at approximately 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, leaving his residence in Taber, Alberta. He has a history of medical conditions, and both his family and police are concerned for his safety and well-being.
It is believed that Mr. Cyr may have left the Taber area. Although his intended direction of travel is unknown, he has family in New Brunswick and may be attempting to drive there.
Mr. Cyr is described as 5’9” tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black and white Hawaiian shirt, beige shorts, and sandals. He is believed to be driving a 2007 silver Cadillac DTS bearing Alberta license plate CTY-0805.
