The Brantford Police Service is looking a missing 75-year-old woman.
Police said Patricia was last seen leaving the Brantford General Hospital between 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Monday.
Patricia is described as a white woman, weighing approximately 140 lbs with shoulder length brown and grey hair. She was wearing brown and red glasses and a bright pink winter jacket with black patches on the elbows, shoulders and around the base of the jacket.
Police urge anyone who knows where Patricia is to call police at 519-756-7050.
