The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Neil, 45, was last seen on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 2:45 p.m., in the Viewmount Avenue and Shermount Avenue area.
Neil is described as 5’8″ 280 lbs., with short brown hair, a moustache and brown eyes. Neil was last seen wearing black pants, black leather jacket and brown shoes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
