The Kingston Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing person 28-year-old Joey, who is also known to go by the name “Luna”.
They were last seen on April 2, 2025, at approximately 6:15 a.m. in the area of Bayswater Place and Queen Mary Road. The Kingston Police believes they may be in distress and are concerned for their wellbeing.
They were last seen wearing a black toque, khaki colored jacket and pants with black boots. They were also seen carrying a black backpack with a ‘Lilo and Stitch’ decoration on it.
