🚨 Missing Man – Luke Joly-Durocher, 20 – Last Seen March 4, 2011 – North Bay, Ontario (Cold Case)

Luke Joly-Durocher, a 20-year-old man from Témiscaming, Quebec, was last seen on Friday, March 4, 2011, while visiting friends in North Bay, Ontario.

That evening, Luke and friends had gathered for drinks at a residence located at 683 Sherbrooke Street. Around 11:54 p.m., surveillance footage captured Luke and three friends at the entrance of Cecil’s Bar, at Main and Wyld Streets. Shortly after, Luke was seen leaving alone and heading toward Main Street. There are conflicting reports about whether he was denied entry or left voluntarily. His friends remained inside the bar.

Luke was officially reported missing on March 7, 2011. His belongings—including his jacket, glasses, hoodie, cell phone, and a necklace—were later recovered from the Sherbrooke Street apartment. Phone records show his last communication was a text to his father at 8:51 p.m. that night asking for a ride home the next day.

On March 15, 2011, a pedestrian found Luke’s bank card on the 500 block of Sherbrooke Street. His account had last been accessed when he withdrew $20 the night he disappeared. In 2019, police revealed a new sighting of Luke at Shooter’s Bar (Voyageur Inn, Delaware Street), around 3:00 a.m., where he was seen socializing and was later given a ride by another patron. He has not been seen or heard from since.
