The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Richard Moses, 57, was last seen on Monday, June 13, 2022, at 9 a.m., in the Kennedy Road and Highway 401 area.
He is described as 5’6″ to 5’7″, 120 lbs., with black shoulder length hair, light complexion, and a scruffy beard. He was last seen wearing yellow Adidas shoes.
