The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Fredrick Ballin, 30, was last seen on Monday, December 19, 2022 at approximately 4 p.m., in the Gerrard Street East and Leslie Street area.
He is described as 5’8″, 165 lbs., black hair, black beard, brown eyes. He was wearing a black winter coat, light brown sweater and black sunglasses.
Police are concerned for his safety.
