Thunder Bay Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Heavenleigh Moses Fortier.
Heavenleigh was last seen at the 500 Block of Simpson St on November 30th around noon.
She is described as being indigenous, 168cm, and 54kg She has black hair and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants and red hoodie. She was also wearing a black/white/blue backpack and white runners.
