Waterloo Regional Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing person from Kitchener.
Zoey is 13-years-old and is described as five feet tall with blue eyes, ear piercings, and shoulder-length blond hair.
She was last seen wearing a black New Balance jacket, a grey sweatshirt, grey sweatpants, and black Nike running shoes.
