Kingston Police seek public’s assistance locating missing person
Kingston Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing person Kara RUSSELL, 14 years of age who was last seen on Thursday May 26, 2022.
Russell’s current whereabouts are unknown however Russell may be staying with a friend and frequenting the Cataraqui Mall area.
RUSSELL is described as about 5’3” and 110lbs, blue eyes, and currently has long curly blue hair. They were last seen wearing red and white pajama pants and a black long sleeve crop top with red and white stripes across the middle.
