Kamloops RCMP are trying to find a pair of missing Kamloops teen siblings who may be together and staying with friends.
Benjamin, 15, and Karsten Krug, 13, were reported missing to police on Thursday (Aug. 29) after leaving their respective residences and not returning.
“Investigators have been attempting to locate the two, who are believed to be together but efforts to date have been unsuccessful,” staff Sgt. Janelle Shoihet said in a press release. “We believe that Karsten and Benjamin may be staying with friends whose families are unaware they have been reported missing.”
Karsten is described as a white male standing five-foot-two inches tall with a medium build and short, brown, buzz-cut hair.
He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with a lion on the front.
Benjamin is described as a white male standing five-foot-four inches tall with a slim build, shaggy brown hair and a moustache. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and grey pants.
Anyone with information about Karsten or Benjamin Krug’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 and reference file 2024-28650.
