CHARTRAND was last seen on January 2, 2025 in the West Broadway area of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

CHARTRAND is described as 5’4” in height, thin build, with blue/green hair and brown eyes. CHARTRAND was last seen wearing a black hoodie.
