The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking assistance with locating missing person, Holly Kobayashi of St. John’s.

The 47-year-old was last seen on Sunday (Feb. 9) at approximately 11:30 a.m. in the area of Waterford Bridge Road. She is described to 5’4” tall, 100 lbs., with brown eyes and long brown hair. There is no clothing description available.
